Liravé 30-Day Postage Paid Returns Policy

At Liravé, we want you to love every product you purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, our 30-Day Returns Policy makes it easy to return your items—postage paid.

1. Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition you received them.

  • Certain items, such as opened skincare products, may not be eligible for hygiene reasons. Please check product-specific guidelines on our site.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Visit our [Returns Portal] or contact our Customer Service team at support@lirave.com.

  2. Provide your order number and the items you wish to return.

  3. You will receive a prepaid postage label to send the products back to us.

3. Packaging Your Return

  • Ensure items are securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

  • Include your original invoice or packing slip inside the package.

  • Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the package.

4. Shipping & Postage

  • Returns are postage paid—no additional cost to you.

  • Drop off your package at the designated carrier as indicated on your return label.

  • Keep your receipt and tracking number until your return is processed.

5. Refunds & Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please note that shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

  • If you’d like an exchange for another product, please indicate this when initiating your return.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will provide a prepaid return label and ensure a replacement is sent immediately.
