Liravé 30-Day Postage Paid Returns Policy
At Liravé, we want you to love every product you purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, our 30-Day Returns Policy makes it easy to return your items—postage paid.
1. Eligibility

Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition you received them.

Certain items, such as opened skincare products, may not be eligible for hygiene reasons. Please check product-specific guidelines on our site.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Provide your order number and the items you wish to return.

You will receive a prepaid postage label to send the products back to us.
3. Packaging Your Return

Ensure items are securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

Include your original invoice or packing slip inside the package.

Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the package.
4. Shipping & Postage

Returns are postage paid—no additional cost to you.

Drop off your package at the designated carrier as indicated on your return label.

Keep your receipt and tracking number until your return is processed.
5. Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges

If you’d like an exchange for another product, please indicate this when initiating your return.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
